â â â â â Comprei um veĂculo da marca Chevrolet spin 0km junto a KRAUTOP concessionĂĄria da GM na minha cidade em Fortaleza no CearĂĄ, junto aos vendedores Jane e Naildo.
O VeĂculo foi comprado ĂĄ vista e retirado da loja no dia 22/12/2021.
Como o veĂculo foi comprado para a finalidade de tĂĄxi veio com as isençÔes de IPI e ICMS, e o valor da nota Ă© de R$ 79.533,00
ApĂłs esperar os recessos de fim de ano fiz a solicitação de isenção de IPVA que demorou atĂ© o inĂcio de março.
No dia 18/03/2022 minha despachante foi dar entrada junto ao Detran-ce para inclusĂŁo/ primeiro emplacamento do carro e fomos surpreendidos que o carro estava alienado para outro CPF na cidade de Palmas/TO.
ApĂłs estĂĄ infeliz descoberta fui atĂ© uma agĂȘncia local do Bradesco, passei os dados da pessoa em que o carro foi alienado e o gerente local identificou a agĂȘncia de Palmas onde ocorreu a flaude e me passou o telefone do gerente, o Erimar Alves Suassuna.
ApĂłs vĂĄrios telefonemas com o gerente Erimar, ele me informou que eles jĂĄ havia investigado o caso e foi constatado que foi uma fraude, onde usaram uma nota fiscal falsa, cheia de erros claros e eles aceitaram e alienaram o meu veĂculo erradamente.
Ele me informou que com ele o caso foi encerrado e passou o caso para a Tamara que seria a responsĂĄvel agora pelo caso.
Ligo para essa Tamara e ela fala que vai responder o contato para a agĂȘncia onde ocorreu a fraude. Ou seja, um passando o problema para o outro.
O meu carro zero foi comprado para tĂĄxi e eu estou impedido de emplacar devido este grave erro do BRADESCO.
Solicito que deem baixa no gravame urgentemente pois preciso do carro para trabalhar e todo esse erro de vocĂȘs estĂĄ me prejudicando financeiramente e moralmente gravemente.
I bought a Chevrolet spin 0km vehicle from the KRAUTOP GM dealership in my city in Fortaleza, CearĂĄ, with salespeople Jane and Naildo.
The Vehicle was purchased in cash and removed from the store on 12/22/2021.
As the vehicle was purchased for the purpose of taxi, it came with IPI and ICMS exemptions, and the value of the note is R$ 79,533.00
After waiting for the end of the year holidays I applied for an IPVA exemption which took until the beginning of March.
On 03/18/2022 my dispatcher went to file with the Detran-ce for inclusion/first license plate of the car and we were surprised that the car was sold to another CPF in the city of Palmas/TO.
After this unfortunate discovery, I went to a local Bradesco branch, passed the details of the person in which the car was sold and the local manager identified the Palmas branch where the fraud occurred and gave me the phone number of the manager, Erimar Alves Suassuna.
After several phone calls with the manager Erimar, he informed me that they had already investigated the case and it was found that it was a fraud, where they used a false invoice, full of clear errors and they accepted and disposed of my vehicle wrongly.
He informed me that with him the case was closed and he passed the case to Tamara who would now be responsible for the case.
I call this Tamara and she says that she will answer the contact for the agency where the fraud occurred. That is, one passing the problem to the other.
My new car was bought for a taxi and I am unable to register due to this serious mistake by BRADESCO.
I request you to release the encumbrance urgently because I need the car to work and all this mistake of yours is seriously harming me financially and morally.
