★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu penso que o atendimento poderia ser melhor. A demora fica bem maior em função disso. Algumas vezes acabamos saindo da Agência da mesma forma que entramos. O espaço fisico é bom. É bem localizado e tudo mas, se o atendimento não é bom, acaba ficando uma coisa pela outra.
I think the service could be better. The delay is much larger due to this. Sometimes we end up leaving the agency the same way we entered. Physical space is good. It is well located and everything, if the service is not good, ends up getting one thing for another.
