★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não entendi porque minha solicitação de postergar as parcelas do financiamento foi pra analise se o banco tem a obrigação de atender dai eu ligo na central eles falam que a agência de Portel tem que preparar a documentação e que em cinco dias vão entrar em contato mas isso foi dia 22/04/020 e até agora nada mais Portel é assim msm...eu não sei se são despreparados mau intencionados ou irresponsáveis... é lamentável a situação dessa agência aqui de Portel
