FUI PAGAR UMA FATURA DE CARTÃO QUE NÃO ME ENVIARAM O BOLETO, O DITO FUNCIONÁRIO NEM ME DEIXOU EXPLICAR FALANDO QUE EU LIGASSE PARA A CENTRAL DE ATENDIMENTO AO CLIENTE. LIGUEI NA TAL CENTRAL QUE NUNCA ATENDEM E POSTERIORMENTE VOLTEI NA AGÊNCIA PARA TENTAR FAZER O PAGAMENTO E PARA MINHA INDIGNAÇÃO A MESMA MÁ VONTADE DE AJUDAR NÃO SÓ A MIM COMO A MAIORIA DOS OUTROS CLIENTES ALEGANDO QUE AGÊNCIA NÃO RESOLVE ESSAS QUESTÕES. ESTÃO LÁ PARA QUÊ ENTÃO? UM DESSERVIÇO ???. PS. Fui obrigada a dar uma estrela, de outra sorte eu não conseguiria postar a reclamação. ?
In bold letters GREAT SERVICE A TRUE RESPONSE AND BAD WILL ON THE PART OF THE SERVANTS, MAINLY FROM THE FÁBIO EMPLOYEE. I WENT TO PAY A CARD INVOICE THAT DID NOT SEND ME THE TICKET, THE EMPLOYEE DIDN'T LET ME EXPLAIN TELLING ME THAT I CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. I CALLED AT SUCH CENTRAL THAT NEVER ATTENDED AND THEREFORE RETURNED AT THE AGENCY TO TRY TO MAKE THE PAYMENT AND FOR MY INDIGNATION THE SAME WILL TO HELP NOT JUST ME LIKE MOST OTHER CUSTOMERS ALLEGING THAT THE AGENCY DOES NOT RESOLVE THESE QUESTIONS. WHY ARE THERE FOR? A DESSERVICE ???. PS. I was forced to give a star, otherwise I would not be able to post the complaint. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia !!! Nao resolvem os problemas da minha conta , nao atendem o telefone ,quando atende cai a ligaçao ,passei 2 dias inteiros ligando e simplesmente nao atendem ,estarei migrando para outra bandeira !
Péssimo mesmo ,nao indico nunca!
Bad experience !!! They don't solve my account problems, they don't answer the phone, when they answer the call, I spent 2 whole days calling and they just don't answer, I'll be migrating to another flag!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na agência para abrir uma conta salário as 10:00, me informaram que era em outro lugar e fui, chegando lá mandaram eu retornar na mesma agência onde eu estava, saí da agência as 13:40 da tarde, e abriram a conta errada. Primeira experiência com o banco e já foi nota 0.
I arrived at the branch to open a salary account at 10:00 am, they informed me that it was somewhere else and I went, when I got there they told me to return to the same branch where I was, I left the branch at 1:40 pm, and they opened the wrong account . First experience with the bank and it was already grade 0.
