★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui a minha indignação com o banco Bradesco, mais precisamente essa agência de Banabuiú. É de uma tristeza a forma de como os clientes são tratados. Dei uma estrela porque o sistema não permite a opção de nenhuma.
Vou relatar alguns caso que sempre acontecem no ambiente dessa agência:
Primeiro caso: só existe um caixa eletrônico, que na maioria das vezes está sem serviço e quando está com serviço não tem dinheiro;
Segundo caso: sem acessibilidade nenhuma para pessoas com deficiência;
Terceiro caso: tenho penas dos idosos que precisam dos serviços desse banco, além de não terem atendimento preferencial, sofrem para poder tirar seu dinheiro, pois sempre o caixa se encontra no primeiro caso. Dessa forma, os idosos e demais clientes precisarem pernoitar na rua pra conseguir um local na fila para tenta tirar o seu dinheiro em um correspondente do banco que fica ao lado. Além de não ter o mínimo de protocolo de segurança sanitária, pois os idosos ficam fora da agência em aglomeração expostos ao risco da COVID-19.
A prefeitura municipal junto com a vigilância sanitária deveria atuar esse banco.
A única coisa positiva desse banco é o funcionário que lá atende. Sempre atencioso.
 I would like to leave here my indignation with Banco Bradesco, more precisely this Banabuiú branch. It is sad to see how customers are treated. I gave it a star because the system does not allow the option of any.
I will report some cases that always happen in the environment of this agency:
First case: there is only an ATM, which most of the time is without service and when it is with service it has no money;
Second case: no accessibility for people with disabilities;
Third case: I feel sorry for the elderly who need the services of this bank, in addition to not having preferential care, they suffer to be able to withdraw their money, as the cashier is always in the first case. This way, the elderly and other clients need to stay overnight on the street to get a place in line to try to get their money from a correspondent at the bank next door. In addition to not having the minimum health security protocol, as the elderly are out of the agency in agglomeration exposed to the risk of COVID-19.
The municipal government, together with the health surveillance, should act as this bank.
The only positive thing about this bank is the employee who works there. Always attentive.
