As pessoas tem que chegar na fila 5h, idosos e mãe com crianças de colo, todos no sol quente e em pé. Esperando o atendimento que só começa às 10h. Isso é uma falta de respeito!
Terrible attendance!
People have to line up at 5:00, elderly people and mother with infants, all standing in the hot sun. Waiting for the service that only starts at 10am. This is disrespectful!
