★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ótimo atendimento é realizado por parte de seus funcionários, mas não posso dizer o mesmo quanto ao uso de caixas eletrônicos. Equipamentos quase sempre sem dinheiro. Quanto ao nível de segurança do banco em horário de funcionamento é ótimo. Fica aqui duas estrelas pelo descaso aos clientes por parte da administração da rede Bradesco, quanto a necessidade de seus clientes aos saques.
Excellent service is provided by its employees, but I cannot say the same about the use of ATMs. Equipment almost always without money. As for the bank's security level during opening hours, it's great. It gets two stars here for the neglect of customers by the management of the Bradesco network, regarding the need of its customers to withdrawals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de somente 2 caixas funcionarem, a mulher que atende as pessoas simplesmente ignora a existência dos clientes que por via das dúvidas pagam o salário dela, para receber em troca, ignorância e descaso. Para que fique bem claro, a mulher que me refiro estava atendendo hoje dia 19/02/2016 por volta das 9:30 e 9:50 da manhã - período que meu pai foi lá ser ignorado - na primeira banca da direita pra esquerda e ela tinha cara de nojo. Tenho certeza que existem funcionários de bem lá, mas também existem ignorantes e não merecedores de simpatia e muito menos um salário.
Besides the fact that only 2 boxes work, the woman who attends to people simply ignores the existence of customers who are paying their wages in exchange for ignorance and neglect. In order to be very clear, the woman I am referring to was attending today, 02/19/2016, around 9:30 AM and 9:50 AM - my father was there to be ignored - on the first bench from the right to the left and she looked disgusted. I'm sure there are good employees there, but there are also ignorant and not deserving of sympathy, let alone a salary.
