â â â â â Cheguei nesse local por volta das 10:40 h da manhĂŁ do dia 06/04/2022 e sĂł comecei a ser atendido por volta das 14:40h. Apenas dois funcionĂĄrios estavam prestando atendimento. Portanto, muita demora! ONTEM, 16/05/2022 estive nesse local novamente e o atendimento continua a desejar: apenas dois funcionĂĄrios atendendo de forma demorada. Cheguei por volta do meio-dia e sĂł depois de meia hora apareceu um funcionĂĄrio dizendo que iria entregar umas senhas. Os funcionĂĄrios fazem muito uso do telefone celular enquanto os clientes ficam aguardando. Na Ășltima vez que estive na agĂȘncia fui atendido no sala de autoatendimento, apesar de estar no horĂĄrio normal de acesso ao interior do recinto. O atendimento precisa melhorar em muito!
I arrived at this place around 10:40 am on 04/06/2022 and I only started to be attended to around 2:40 pm. Only two employees were on duty. So long delay! YESTERDAY, 05/16/2022 I was at this place again and the service continues to be desired: only two employees taking a long time. I arrived around noon and only after half an hour an employee appeared saying he would hand over some passwords. Employees make a lot of use of their cell phones while customers are waiting. The last time I was at the agency, I was attended to in the self-service room, despite being at normal access hours to the interior of the enclosure. Service needs to improve a lot!
