★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,gerente ingnorante,mal educada.nao sabe conversar sem estar gritando.principalmente com aposentados e pessoas humildes.a sra Daniela se acha abusa dos aposentados , aproveitando da simplicidade ao oferecer empréstimo abrindo conta sem explicar pacote de tarifas.fato q vi no dia 03/10/18.nao explicaram para o Sr nem perguntou se ele tinha uma conta para q fosse feito o depósito do empresempr.quando o mesmo recusou disseram q não mais podia cancelar e deu seis meses como brinde para o mesmo.verdadeiro abuso com pessoas idosas ,simples.intimidando as pessoas com seu tom de voz arrogante.
Poor service, ingenorante manager, badly polite.no know how to talk without shouting.mainly with retirees and humble people.mrs Daniela finds herself abusing retirees, taking advantage of the simplicity of offering a loan by opening an account without explaining a tariff package. on 03/10 / 18.never explained to Mr nor asked if he had an account for the deposit of the company to be made. when he refused they said that he could no longer cancel and gave six months as a free gift for the same.true abuse with elderly people, simple. intimidating people with his arrogant tone of voice.
