Absurdo uma agência ter somente 2 funcionárias para atendimento durante todo o período de trabalho e quando uma precisa tirar hora de almoço fica somente 1 atendendo gerencia e caixa ao mesmo tempo. Espero nunca mais precisar voltar a essa agência pra nada.
 More than 3 hours waiting to be attended. Absurd for an agency to have only 2 employees to serve during the entire work period and when one needs to take time out of lunch it is only 1 serving management and cashier at the same time. I hope I never need to go back to this agency for anything.

Estou desde o incio do mês solicitando o cód barras para pagamento do boleto. E até agora, nada. Tenho print de tudo e se for me cobrado juros, irei recorrer na justiça. E mais uma fez, péssimo serviço!!!
Bad customer service.
Since the beginning of the month I am requesting the barcode for payment of the boleto. And so far, nothing. I have a printout of everything and if I'm charged interest, I'll go to court. And one more did, terrible service !!!
