★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei um tempão esperando para ser atendida. Informei que desejava o resgate de minha previdência privada. Não sou cliente a muitos anos. Fui informada que somente conseguiria isso por um número de telefone. Demorei a conseguir contato com o número e me informaram que não é assim. A solicitação deve ser feita numa agencia a partir de formulário fornecido na própria agência. Agora tenho que retornar, esperar de novo para ser atendida. Eu já poderia estar com esse dinheiro na mão. Desrespeito!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Fui alterar meu nome de casada e simplesmente o Flávio cancelou meu cartão que tinha a função crédito com limite aprovado. Cancelou sem minha autorização. Que eu saiba não precisava ele ter cancelado meu cartão. Fiz apenas mudança no nome. Foi de má fé isso sim. Essa agência deveria ter funcionários mais experientes pra poder dar suporte aos seus clientes. Mais esse Flávio tem que se especializar primeiro pq só faz cagada...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior agencia, tem dias que te deixam esperando no lado de fora, para não pegar a senha e registrar que ficou mais de 1 hora para ser atendimento, pior atendimento exclusive. vou mudar para o ITAU ou outro banco!!! o banco tem super taxas de juros onde te prende em uma cilada para não conseguir quitar as dividas e viver pagando juros para o banco. péssimo relacionamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do banco Bradesco a mais de 20 anos tá sendo uma falta de consideração com o cliente um cheque meu que apareceu hoje na minha conta no dia 5 do 3 minha conta apareceu negativo negativo eu peguei eu fui até o banco e depositei o valor que era um cheque meu como é que pode um cheque aparecer hoje no dia 5 e sai no extrato aqui um cheque apareceu no fui no banco depositei o valor agora o banco tá falando que o cheque foi depositado dia 4 isso é uma vergonha estou muito triste com esse banco infelizmente só serve para pegar dinheiro da gente e esse banco tá um lixo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Toda vez que venho nesta agência, nada muda . É sempre uma fila , demora no atendimento , poucos atendentes para a quantidade de pessoas a serem atendidas . Impressionante como toda vez que venho (ainda bem que só venho quando é extremamente necessário) uma vez que o aplicativo é ruim ,não resolvo o q preciso e telefone nunca atendem . Sempre tem reclamações..discussoes. pouco direcionamento de atendentes . Estranho, atendimento ao público nunca ter melhora, parecem "acostumar com o problema" precisaria rever uma solução. E se querem solução deixo uma sugestão: melhorem o aplicativo principalmente em relaçao ao cartão de crédito, melhorem atendimento via telefone, whats, diminuem filas ..melhorem atendimento presencial, contratem mais funcionários ou o pouco que possuem melhorem recepção, atendimento..precisam entregar mais simpatia, mais preocupação em saber que estamos esperando em fila que não anda , melhorem direcionamento,as vezes, mesmo que com poucos funcionários quando percebemos preocupação em nos atender , quando percebemos que buscam solução pra nós, estaríamos menos insatisfeitos.
Terrible. Every time I come to this agency, nothing changes. There is always a queue, it takes a long time to attend, few attendants for the number of people to be served. Impressive as every time I come (thankfully I only come when it's extremely necessary) since the application is bad, I don't solve what I need and the phone never answers. There are always complaints...discussions. little directing of attendants. Strange, customer service has never improved, seem to "get used to the problem" would need to review a solution. And if you want a solution, I leave a suggestion: improve the application, especially in relation to the credit card, improve service via phone, whats, reduce queues...better face-to-face service, hire more employees or what little they have, improve reception, service...need to deliver more sympathy, more concern in knowing that we are waiting in line that does not move, better targeting, sometimes, even with few employees, when we realize concern in serving us, when we realize that they are looking for a solution for us, we would be less dissatisfied.
