★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O maior banco privado, prestando o pior serviço, na verdade colocando milhares de pessoas, ops!!!. Clientes em risco, onde 3m pleno século 21, exige diversos serviços vir pessoalmente na agência, serviços esses que poderiam ser resolvido facilmente pela internet, aplicativos e ou até telefone.
Simplesmente um absurdo, idosos, crianças, grávidas aguardando na calçada com calor de mais de 35°.
 The largest private bank, providing the worst service, actually placing thousands of people, ops !!!. At-risk clients, where 3m in the 21st century, requires several services to come in person at the agency, services that could be easily solved by the internet, applications and or even phone.
Simply absurd, the elderly, children, pregnant women waiting on the pavement with heat of over 35 °.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez nesta agência hoje devido benefício inss a experiência foi horrível! Passei 2hs e não tinha tanta gente de jeito nenhum. A atendente tem a função de chamar um gerência e um inss só que não atende o procedimento.
É chamado aleatório chamou 5 gerência pra depois me chamar após ter reclamado.
Horrível vou fazer portabilidade urgente
First time at this agency today due to inss benefit the experience was horrible! I spent 2 hours and there weren't that many people at all. The attendant has the function of calling a management and an inss but does not attend the procedure.
It is called random called 5 management to later call me after complaining.
Horrible I will do urgent portability

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um descaso ao não ter cadeiras na parte de espera para abertura de contas. Digo isso, pois, meu pai com ferimentos e pontos de uma cirurgia necessitou de vim ao banco e não teve nenhuma cadeira para ele se sentar.
I find it negligent to not have chairs in the waiting area for opening accounts. I say this because my father, with injuries and stitches from surgery, needed to come to the bank and there was no chair for him to sit on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ruim desde a atendente até a gerência. Há uma falta de profissionais e sequer existe uma cobertura de atendimento na hora do almoço. Na prática você leva o dia inteiro para resolver qualquer probleminha nessa agência.
The service is bad from the attendant to the management. There is a lack of professionals and there is not even a service coverage at lunchtime. In practice, it takes you all day to solve any problem at this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia que fui, estava bem tranquilo, não tinha muita gente, e resolvi o meu problema nos caixas eletrônicos, que inclusivel os caixas não tinha todas as opções, como por exemplo saque, então dive que ir pra outro caixa eletrônico para então finalizar meus serviços.
O lugar é amplo, limpo, e com placas de mantenha a distância devido a pandemia que estamos enfrentando.
The day I went, it was very quiet, there weren't many people, and I solved my problem at the ATMs, which even the ATMs didn't have all the options, such as withdrawal, so I had to go to another ATM to finish my services.
The place is large, clean, and with signs to keep your distance due to the pandemic we are facing.
