★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente este é o pior banco de Muriaé!!! não tem funcionário nem pra atender o telefone e os caixas demoram um tempão para atender quem está na agência. Ainda bem que sou cliente de outro banco!
This is certainly the worst bank in Muriaé!!! there is no employee even to answer the phone and the tellers take a long time to answer whoever is at the branch. I'm glad I'm a client of another bank!

I went there to do a service at the ATM and I liked the service I got from the guard who was there. He answered me promptly and I did what I needed at the ATM with no problems.
