★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, uma fila sem organização. Entra quem eles querem para esperar do lado de dentro. A distribuição de senhas não existe. Péssimo mesmo, algum responsável dessa agência em específico deveria zelar pelos seus clientes, principalmente por maioria ser idosos !
Horrible, unorganized queue. Enter whoever they want to wait inside. Password distribution does not exist. Really bad, someone responsible for this specific agency should take care of their customers, especially since most of them are elderly!
