They speak very badly of Bradesco, but this agency in particular (3338-Grand Plaza Shopping) and my Manager Alexandre, are out of the ordinary. I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho conta na agência a mais de 10 anos ... é sempre muito difícil contato telefônico, nunca atende só chama e pessoalmente é sempre cheio.. meu gerente não sei nem quem é, porq estão sempre mudando, no momento estou tentando pela milésima vez contato é só chama em todos os números. Cansativo!!!
I have had an account with the agency for over 10 years ... it is always very difficult to make phone calls, never answer only calls and personally it is always full .. my manager doesn’t even know who it is, because they are always changing, at the moment I’m trying for the thousandth time contact is only calls in all numbers. Tiring!!!
