Embora o prédio possua uma boa estrutura, com sala de espera, TV, café gratuito com uma espuma cremosa e gostosa, fui para um atendimento AGENDADO às 15:00 e só foi liberado às 18:08. Apesar da gentileza dos funcionários, muita demora, Talvez tenham que avaliar os processos e empenho dos funcionários nas soluções. Além disso, tive o carro avaliado como perda total e não queriam me entregar nenhuma espécie de comprovante que eu estava deixando o veículo, as chaves e a documentação com eles. Só quando ameaçei filmar para ter alguma prova, improvisaram uma solução não padronizada. Tive que esperar mais 40 minutos por uma simples xerox de check-list de danos com "prova" das entregas. Tive o carro atingido por um segurado da Bradesco. Meu carro possuía diversos itens diferenciais. Se não indenizarem no preço equivalente, voltare a editar esta postagem para avisar aos segurados do risco de sofrer em ações judiciais para complementar o valor. Se a indenização por justa, melhoratei a avaliação de 3 estrelas para 4 estrelas.

Although the building has a good structure, with a waiting room, TV, free coffee with a creamy and delicious foam, I went to an SCHEDULED service at 15:00 and was only released at 18:08. Despite the kindness of the employees, a lot of delay, they may have to evaluate the processes and the commitment of the employees in the solutions. Furthermore, I had the car assessed as a total loss and they did not want to give me any kind of proof that I was leaving the vehicle, keys and documentation with them. Only when I threatened to film for evidence, did they improvise a non-standard solution. I had to wait another 40 minutes for a simple xerox damage checklist with "proof" of deliveries. I had the car hit by a Bradesco policyholder. My car had several different items. If they do not pay the equivalent price, please re-edit this post to warn policyholders of the risk of suffering from lawsuits to supplement the amount. If the compensation is just, I improved the rating from 3 stars to 4 stars.

O local esta fechado (apesar da informação de aberto aqui no google) e não obtive nenhuma informação para estar fechada. Apenas a agência prime esta funcionando.
