★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pra mim foi a PIOR experiência que tive na vida com seguradora. tive 1 acidente q deu perda total no carro e aí começou o calvário. registram errado dados no sistema. a central informa tudo errado. se tiver corretor envolvido a central não corrige os dados diz que o corretor tem que pedir a correção. aí tem que mandar os documentos. (que eles perderam vários no processo e tive que ficar reenviado. )para o RJ. enfim. demorou 70 dias pra resolver e só resolveu pq fiz reclamações no Reclame aqui e na ouvidoria do Bradesco.
for me it was the WORST experience I had in my life with an insurance company. I had 1 accident that gave a total loss to the car and then the ordeal began. record wrong data in the system. the central reports everything wrong. if there is a broker involved, the central does not correct the data, it says that the broker has to request the correction. then you have to send the documents. (that they lost several in the process and I had to get sent back. ) to RJ. anyway. it took 70 days to resolve and it only resolved because I made complaints at Reclame here and at Bradesco's ombudsman.

Atendimento péssimo na central de atendimento, passam informações inverídicas e te tratam com indiferença. Se você tiver, torça pra não precisar. Estou cancelamento o meu por terem tarifas mais altas, cobrarem diferenças absurdas para mudança de cidade onde o veículo está segurado, sendo que a cidade para onde está sendo mudada é considerada uma das mais seguras do país, e atualmente registrada em uma das mais violentas do país. Totalmente sem nexo. Lixo!

Já vendi meu carro, e a propagando enganosa que vocês fazem na internet, é que conseguimos cancelar facilmente via central de telefone, o que é uma grande mentira. Bradesco já vendi meu carro, e só quero cancelar meu seguro me ajuda!
