★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia ,infelizmente , nesta pandemia ,os serviços pioraram. Filas intensas ,os idosos vivem na aglomeração feita por imensa filas do lado de fora com sol,frio,chuva,horário reduzido, e atendimento da pessoa de ajuda com pouca empatia.

Péssima postura da agência em tratar os clientes assim....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já era um péssimo banco, na pandemia com o horário reduzido piorou. Os clientes ficam horas em fila fora da agência no sol. Os funcionários são mal educados e não se preocupam em resolver os problemas. O gerente me tratou mal. Enfim, péssima experiência.
It was already a bad bank, in the pandemic with the reduced hours it got worse. Clients line up for hours outside the branch in the sun. The employees are rude and don't bother to solve problems. The manager treated me badly. Anyway, bad experience.
