As pessoas ficam muito tempo em fila para usar os caixas eletrônicos, em dias de pagamento é quase insuportável estar na agência.
E nos finais de semana não tem dinheiro nos caixas eletrônicos.
Isso precisa ser mudado!
Uma outra observação: algumas pessoas pedem ajuda a terceiros para sacar nos caixas eletrônicos , parece que já tem pessoas informais para isso, principalmente em dia de pagamento.
As there is only one branch in the city, the size of the establishment does not accommodate the public.
People spend a lot of time in line to use ATMs, on paydays it is almost unbearable to be at the branch.
And on weekends there is no money at ATMs.
This needs to be changed!
Another observation: some people ask for help from third parties to withdraw from ATMs, it seems that there are already informal people for this, especially on payday.
