★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa só tem nome, atendimento super péssimo dos vendedores. os antigos vendedores da empresa eram mais anteciosos e solucionavam os problemas, depois de novos funcionários parecem que foram treinados para ser cavalos com os clientes. algumas pessoas da própria empresa comentam esse poster e colocam 5 estrelas porque elas mesmo comentam dizendo que a empresa e ótima, excelente e perfeito etc.. isso só pra chamar atenção das pessoas pra ver que a empresa tem um ótimo atendimento, mas na verdade e tudo mentira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma correia e veio outra, só fui perceber quando fui usar no mesmo dia, liguei na mesma hora para reclamar e para trazer a correia certa(afinal, eles estavam errados) e me disseram que não tinha como, que não tinha carro e etc. Fui lá, perdi mais de 1hora só para sair do meu local de serviço e trocar a correia e o rapaz que me entendeu nem me pediu desculpas. Total falta de respeito.
Nunca mais compro nessa loja e vou sair falando mal p td mundo.
I asked for a belt and another one came, I only realized when I went to use it on the same day, I called at the same time to complain and to bring the right belt (after all, they were wrong) and they told me that there was no way, that there was no car, etc. . I went there, I lost more than 1 hour just to leave my place of service and change the belt and the guy who understood me or apologized. Total lack of respect.
I will never buy from this store again and I will go out and speak badly about the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de uns tapetes em EVA no sábado dia 15/06/19 para meu filho de 8 meses andar. Ao chegar em casa abri a embalagem e veio um cheiro insuportável do material. Na terça-feira (18/06) me dirigi a loja e expliquei ao gerente a minha situação. Ele foi super grosso dizendo que não tinha direito a arrependimento pois não foi compra on LINE ou telefone. Eu sei disso porém o produto estava inalterado. Não compro mais nesse local devido a arrogância dele sendo que em São Cristóvão, o que mais tem são lojas desse mesmo produto e um preço de cartel. Inclusive sonegam impostos pois não emitem NF de venda, entregam apenas um pedido de "papel de pão"
Não RECOMENDO.
I made the purchase of some EVA rugs on Saturday, 06/15/19 for my 8 month old son to walk. When I got home I opened the packaging and there was an unbearable smell of the material. On Tuesday (06/18) I went to the store and explained my situation to the manager. He was super thick saying he had no right to regret because it was not buying on LINE or by phone. I know this but the product was unchanged. I no longer buy in this place due to his arrogance being that in São Cristóvão, what else has are stores of that same product and a cartel price. They even evade taxes because they do not issue sales invoices, they only deliver an order for "bread paper"
I do not recommend.
