★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom mas peças que foram trocadas de baixa qualidade. Bateria q não carrega e descarrega mto rápido touch manchado. Levei 3 vezes para trocar e ficamos na mesma. Desisti fiquei com as peças assim mesmo.
Good service but parts that were exchanged of low quality. Battery q does not charge and discharge very fast stained touch. It took me 3 times to change and we stayed the same. I gave up I kept the pieces anyway.

Depois de 15 dias de celular na assistência, descobri que nem peça eles tinham pedido, precisei ficar ligando pra saber como estava a situação do aparelho, falei q ia passar pra pegar o aparelho o proprietário não queria me entregar pois alegava que estava na hora de fechar a loja, não poderia esperar nem 5 minutos, queria me entregar o celular no dia seguinte à tarde. Um descaso total, me senti muito mal atendido, atenção zero, não esperem atendimento profissional dessa loja. Quando reclamei já impaciente depois de 15 dias sem telefone , ainda disse que estava 'tendo o atendimento que eu merecia'. Sinceramente, corram desse lugar. Não recomendo mesmo.
The worst possible experience, I do not recommend. After 15 days of cell phone assistance, I found that they had not even asked for a piece, I had to keep calling to find out how the device was doing, I said I was going to pick up the device, the owner did not want to deliver it because he claimed it was closing the store, I couldn’t wait even 5 minutes, I wanted to hand over my cell phone the next day in the afternoon. Total neglect, I felt very poorly attended, zero attention, do not expect professional service from this store. When I complained already impatient after 15 days without a phone, I still said I was 'getting the service I deserved'. Honestly, run from that place. I really don't recommend it.
