★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência!!! Fiz pedido assim que abriu sistema, logo recebi mensagem dizendo que ia demorar pois ainda estavam começando os preparativos e além do entregador não está no local. O pedido chegou mais de 1h depois: FRIO, sem QUEIJO, sem molho que havia solicitado (ninguém avisou isso quando fiz pedido). Reclamei no estabelecimento: me passaram contato do responsável pelo estabelecimento, o mesmo recusou 2 chamadas, depois enviou msg pedindo desculpas e dizendo que repassaria valor do queijo por pix. ABSURDO! Total falta de comprometimento com cliente. Se não funciona no horário determinado, MUDE. E atenda cliente quando tiver falha de vocês.

Bad experience!!! I placed an order as soon as the system opened, soon I received a message saying it would take a while because preparations were still starting and besides the delivery man is not on site. The order arrived more than 1h later: COLD, without CHEESE, without the sauce I had requested (no one informed me of this when I ordered it). I complained at the establishment: they gave me the contact of the person in charge of the establishment, he refused 2 calls, then sent a message apologizing and saying that he would pass on the value of the cheese per pix. ABSURD! Total lack of customer commitment. If it doesn't work at the specified time, CHANGE. And answer customer when you fail.
