★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro uma abençoada me ligou e me convenceu a fazer a recarga dos extintores com eles, buscaram os 2 extintores para recarregar a Rs 45,00 cada, depois outra abençoada me ligou para dizer que teria que trocar o manômetro e o serviço ficaria por 140,00 então eu não autorizei e pedir que devolvessem os meus extintores.
2 dias depois eles me ligam e diz o seguinte:
Para a devolução você tem que pagar 10 reais por cada extintor mais uma taxa de 15 reais e tem que vir aqui na empresa buscar os extintores.
Eu não recomendo esta empresa para ninguém, são horríveis só passei raiva.
First a blessed called me and convinced me to do the refill of the extinguishers with them, they sought the two extinguishers to recharge at Rs 45.00 each, then another blessed called me to say that I would have to change the manometer and the service would be for 140, 00 so I did not authorize and ask them to return my fire extinguishers.
2 days later they call me and says the following:

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa Desonesta , além da recarga ,faz serviços sem autorização com valores abusivos e ainda Cobram multa de 10,00 por cada extintor que permanecer na empresa caso o cliente cancele o serviço a mais cobrado !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ligaram para lembrar que estava próximo a fazer a recarga dos extintores com eles, pois ano passado eles pegaram aqui sem ser comigo pois era outra empresa que faz aqui, vinheram buscaram o extintores para recarregar , depois a Odaleia outra abençoada me ligou para dizer que teria que fazer teste pintura e mais alguma coisa e o serviço ficaria por 250,00 então eu não autorizei e pedir que devolvessem os meus extintores. Ela me liga e me manda um e-mail no qual:
Para a devolução você tem que pagar 15 reais por cada extintor recolhido (no meu caso 1) pela inspeção e mais uma taxa de 25 reais de taxa de deslocamento além de tem que ir aqui na empresa buscar os extintores. Ainda tem taxa de 6,50 por dia que o equipamento fica lá.
Obs: Um extintor novo recarregado é 200,00 reais e eles iam pintar de vermelho e colar a etiqueta e o meu custava 250,0
Eu não recomendo esta empresa para ninguém, além da desonestidade são horríveis no atendimento, só passei raiva. As melhores avaliações aqui no google são feitas pelas próprias pessoas que trabalham lá.

I do not recommend this company to anyone, besides the dishonesty they are horrible in customer service, I just got angry. The best reviews here on google are made by the people who work there.
