★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existem duas experiências diferentes em comer no Brasas. Comer no local é ok, o atendimento da moça do caixa e dos demais que atendem nas mesas é excelente. E outra coisa é pedir pra entrega. Preciso dizer que acho um absurdo cobrarem entrega pra minha casa que fica tão próximo ao local. Além de que as vezes as esfirras chegam se despedaçando de tão finas que são na parte do meio. Algo que diminuiu bastante minha frequência pra pedir as esfirras foi a subida nos preços e nas promoções. As vezes opto em pedir comida em outro local no bairro mesmo por conta do preço.
 There are two different experiences in eating at Brasas. Eating at the place is ok, the service provided by the cashier and the others who serve at the tables is excellent. And another thing is to ask for delivery. I have to say that I think it is absurd to charge delivery to my house that is so close to the place. In addition, sometimes the spheres arrive to shatter so thin that they are in the middle. Something that greatly reduced my frequency to ask for spurs was the increase in prices and promotions. Sometimes I choose to order food at another location in the neighborhood even because of the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um serviço igual a outros estabelecimentos, não tem um diferencial que destaque dos outros. As comidas estão dentro da média e o serviço de entrega pelo Ifood precisa melhorar. De qualquer forma pra quem gosta do tipo de comida que eles oferecem recomendo. A localização é privilegiada, pois fica próximo a praça, e a uma Av bem movimentada.

Anyway, for those who like the type of food they offer, I recommend it. The location is privileged, as it is close to the square, and a very busy Av.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A esfiha não é boa sempre. O parquinho para as crianças é legal. Nas três vezes que fui, tive três problemas. Um, pedi um suco de uva, que veio só água. Impossível de beber aquilo. O segundo, um kibe que só era trigo, na mordida, se desfez, por último (sexta feira passada) pedi uma batata pro meu filho. Vieram as batatas todas quebradas, pretas, crias e encharcadas de óleo. Mas vale salientar que TUDO FOI RAPIDAMENTE TROCADO SEM NENHUM QUESTIONAMENTO POR PARTE DOA FUNCIONARIOS. Isso é um ponto positivo! Respeito ao cliente.

The second, a kibbeh that was only wheat, fell apart in the bite, and finally (last Friday) I ordered a potato for my son. The potatoes came, all broken, black, young and soaked in oil. But it is worth noting that EVERYTHING WAS QUICKLY CHANGED WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS BY THE EMPLOYEES. That's a plus! Respect for the customer.
