â â â â â Toda vez ligo pra lĂĄ pedindo uma cotação e os caras ficaram me enrolando de 10:46 atĂ© as 16:30 e acredite ainda nĂŁo me enviaram o e-mail liguei mais de 12 vezes pra lĂĄ pra resolver isso e sĂł ficaram me enrolando colocando o telefone em espera em atĂ© 12 minutos que Ă© o tempo que eu esperei atĂ© desligar o telefone, se nĂŁo eu iria ficar horas na linha, antigamente o atendimento era rĂĄpido e objetivo, hoje em dia estĂŁo deixando a desejar, ou talvez um cliente a mais ou a menos possa ser que nĂŁo faça falta, pois bem, fica aqui o meu descaso como cliente.
Every time I call there asking for a quote and the guys kept rolling me up from 10:46 until 16:30 and believe me they still haven't sent me the email I called there more than 12 times to solve this and they just kept rolling me up putting the phone on hold in up to 12 minutes which is the time I waited until I hung up the phone, otherwise I would be on the phone for hours, in the past the service was fast and objective, nowadays they are leaving something to be desired, or perhaps an extra customer or unless it is not necessary, well, here is my neglect as a customer.
