Optei pelo mais em conta, que serviria pra mim se fosse duplo feixe. Mas quando chegou era de feixe simples. Pedi para trocarem e se recusaram. Joguei 481 reais fora. E olha que já era cliente deles há anos. E diga-se de passagem, O atendimento nunca foi dos melhores...
I got in touch by phone to buy 3 double beam sensors and asked a colleague of mine to pick it up at the store. The seller sent me a quote with two products: VAT 5040 and 5080. I opted for the most affordable, which would suit me if it was a double bundle. But when it arrived it was a single beam. I asked for them to change and they refused. I threw 481 reais away. And look, I've been their client for years. And by the way, the service has never been the best...
