Fiz contato telefônico, disseram que o vendedor me retornaria o que não aconteceu.
Sai de de São Paulo e fui até a concessionária para ser atendido mais uma vez decepção, não tem vendedores para atender no local e o vendedor externo demora a retornar e não é capaz de fornecer um orçamento rápido ou simplesmente o preço da máquina.
A TOYOTA ao contrário me passou o preço no momento do telefonema e o vendedor fez a visita na minha empresa na sequência e me explicou todo funcionamento da máquina com detalhes e tirou minhas dúvidas.
PARABÉNS TOYOTA!!!

I left São Paulo and went to the dealership to be served again. Disappointment, there are no salespeople to meet on site and the external salesperson takes a long time to return and is not able to provide a quick quote or simply the price of the machine.
TOYOTA, on the other hand, gave me the price at the time of the phone call and the salesperson visited my company afterwards and explained all the machine's operation in detail and answered my doubts.

Ligo não atende não responde estou a duas semanas tentando conpra uma peça e não consigo parese que estou pedindo esmola ja falei com 5 vendedores e nenhum resolveu o problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendem bem até receber, depois que recebem, nos tratam da pior forme, não respondem e-mail, não atendem telefone, e no dia agendado para coletarmos o equipamento em Jundiai, agendaram 9 hs e só nos liberaram para carregar as 16 hs, com isso o frete contratado da prancha ficou de 1500,00 para R$ 3.000,00 ou seja , vamos cobrar este descaso na justiça. primeira e ultima compra. equipamento é ótimo, mas péssimos vendedores e gerenciadores. a direção desta empresa deveria reavaliar a conduta e processos de trabalho destes péssimos profissionais. ZERO INDICAÇÃO.
