Atendente super indiferente e grosseira. Não entendo como podem tratar um suposto cliente dessa maneira, como se estivéssemos fazendo um favor ao ligar.

Super indifferent and rude attendant. I don't understand how they might treat an alleged customer that way, as if we were doing a favor by calling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. A tratativa com o cliente é de puro descaso e falta de interesse em vender. Demora anos para dar uma informação e quando cobramos vem com extrema grosseria. Infelizmente é isso.
Terrible service. Dealing with the customer is pure disregard and lack of interest in selling. It takes years to give information and when we charge it comes with extreme rudeness. Unfortunately that's it.
