Agora a loja está sob nova direção e olhaaaa. Que mudança, que diferença, que atendimento! Tudo nota 1000. Atendentes humildes, simpáticas, não ficam mexendo no celular enquanto te atendem, focam no cliente, tudo perfeito. Voltei a frequentar e tomar um cappuccino.

Chocolates deliciosos.. mas o atendimento péssimo... não queria ter postado aqui pq acredito ainda na melhoria das pessoas mas.. gente. . Atendimento ruim demais
Um dia passei pra tomar café .. não tinha pq tava perto da Páscoa e como assim ter café? Eh dia de comprar ovo de Páscoa .. outro dia passei e tinha (tchanannn) mas a atendente Carol falou "olha... até faço se vc esperar eu arrumar a maquina de sorvete.. agora to super ocupada"
Outro dia com uma amiga fomos comprar presente de 15 anos.. tava perto da Páscoa e por isso soh tinha produtos de época.. a atendente (sim.. a mesma.. Carol) sugeriu dar ovo de pascoa (quem mandou aniversariante nascer na pascoa)..
Enfim . Grossa.. irônica. Parece que morre de raiva qdo entra um cliente... se vc perguntar de um produto entao ..nossa senhora....ela começa a falar como se desse aula e bronca... péssima. Qdo quero um café com chocolate vou na loja do carrão ou na cacau show. Dá de 10...

Now the store is under new management and look. What a change, what a difference, what service! Everything notes 1000. Humble, friendly attendants, do not touch your cell phone while they answer you, they focus on the customer, everything is perfect. I went back to go and have a cappuccino.

Delicious chocolates .. but the terrible service ... I didn't want to have posted here because I still believe in improving people, but ... people. . Too bad service
One day I went to have coffee .. I wasn’t close to Easter and how could I have coffee? Eh day to buy Easter egg .. the other day I spent and had (tchanannn) but the attendant Carol said "look ... I'll even do it if you wait for me to fix the ice cream machine .. now I'm super busy"
The other day with a friend we went to buy a 15 year old gift .. it was close to Easter and so there were only seasonal products .. the attendant (yes .. the same one .. Carol) suggested giving easter egg (who sent the birthday girl to be born in Easter)..
Anyway. Thick .. ironic. It seems that she dies of rage when a customer enters ... if you ask for a product then .. our lady .... she starts talking as if she were teaching and scolding ... terrible. When I want a coffee with chocolate, I go to the big car store or the cocoa show. Give 10 ...

Great service, perfect in QQr season of the year. In the cold that hot chocolate and worth that stuffed cone... Wonderful.
