★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Seu Antonio e Girsilei , foram gentis para vender , mas extremamente grosseiros quando informei que tinha um vazamento na tubulação da piscina, informando que tinha acabado a garantia e que era problema meu , e não me atenderiam . Não recomendo !

Não cumprem prazos e pra piorar, minha piscina simplesmente começou a entortar com o peso da água.
Constatada a falha na INSTALAÇÃO (pela fabricante da piscina, a Orly Glass) por não ter sido feita escora adequada nas laterais da piscina.
Foi agendada a troca e instalação para um dia em que eu estaria em casa e me foi garantido que o serviço seria terminado no mesmo dia sem problemas.
O Sr. Antônio Carlos estava ciente da necessidade das escoras que seriam feitas pelo marceneiro e não providenciou tal serviço, dizendo que terminaria a instalação em um outro dia e que seria assim.
Acontece que eu não teria outro dia nesse mês e um evento marcado para o sábado seguinte (evento esse que foi devidamente informado e mais uma vez digo que foi garantida a instalação para o mesmo dia).
Péssimo serviço e não recomendo esta loja para ninguém.
Farei todo o possível para alertar a todos para que nunca fechem negócio com esta loja.
Never in your life hire this company to put a pool, never !!!
They do not meet deadlines and to make matters worse, my pool simply started to bend with the weight of the water.
Failure to observe INSTALLATION (by the pool manufacturer, Orly Glass) due to improper fitting on the sides of the pool.
It was scheduled to exchange and set up for a day when I would be home and I was assured that the service would be completed on the same day without any problems.
Mr. Antônio Carlos was aware of the need for the anchors that would be made by the joiner and did not provide such service, saying that he would finish the installation on another day and that would be so.
It turns out that I would not have another day this month and an event scheduled for the following Saturday (event that was properly informed and once again I say that the installation was guaranteed for the same day).
Terrible service and would not recommend this shop to anyone.
I will do my best to alert everyone that they will never do business with this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma sauna deles marca Impercap, não me deram a nota fiscal, os funcionários da Brasil Piscinas que vieram instalar são totalmente incapacitados, instalaram a sauna dentro da área de vapor. Fazendo com quem a sauna estragasse e perdi a garantia. Quando reclamei, não me atenderam, não me responderam e ainda me bloquearam. Fogem dessa empresa, é a mais caloteira e sem profissionalismo dentro do RJ. Prejuízo em torno de 4.000,00 reais com o esquipamento perdido. Dor de cabeça o ano todo com a sauna quebrando sempre. PIOR EMPRESA DO MUNDO, não comprem com eles.
I bought a sauna from them brand Impercap, they didn't give me the invoice, the employees of Brasil Piscinas who came to install it are totally disabled, they installed the sauna inside the steam area. Causing the sauna to break down and voiding the warranty. When I complained, they didn't answer me, they didn't answer me and they still blocked me. They run away from this company, it's the most deadbeat and unprofessional in RJ. Loss of around 4,000.00 reais with lost equipment. Headache all year with the sauna always breaking. WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
