★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deixou esperando 1h, cancelou meu pedido no Ifood e fingiram que não foi eles, dizendo que meu pedido aparecia como cancelado. Mas no app mostrou que o restaurante cancelou. Um desrespeito inigualável.
Perdeu cliente e quantos outros eu puder tirar deles.
They kept me waiting for 1 hour, canceled my order at Ifood and they pretended it wasn't them, saying that my order appeared as cancelled. But the app showed that the restaurant canceled. An unparalleled disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida brasileira top, só não é legal a entrega que deixa a desejar, deixam pra entregar encima do horário isso quando não atrasam e o pedido vem frio. Poderiam melhorar essa entrega né, colocar mais entregadores pra trabalhar.
Top Brazilian food, it's just not cool the delivery that leaves something to be desired, they leave it to be delivered on time that when they're not late and the order comes cold. They could improve this delivery, right, put more couriers to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu esposo sempre comprávamos pelo ifood, um dia reclamamos de algo grave (ingrediente azedo) e deixei registrado no ifood, foram super grosseiros e praticamente me deixaram como mentirosa negando que eu havia comprado mais de uma vez, eu comprava no perfil do meu esposo, mas enfim, achei desnecessário a resposta deles, sem respeito nenhum pelo cliente, isso faz um tempo já, desde então nunca mais comprei com eles.
My husband and I always bought from ifood, one day we complained about something serious (sour ingredient) and I left it registered on ifood, they were super rude and practically left me as a liar denying that I had bought more than once, I bought it on my profile husband, but anyway, I found their answer unnecessary, without any respect for the customer, it's been a while, since then I never bought from them again.
