★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer retirada de mercadoria, e me fizeram sair fo carro em um dia de sol escaldante, as 13 horas pra falar com uma atendente, num interfone, achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente, enquanto os colaboradores estão no ar condicionado, bem acomodados, expõe o cliente, em um ambiente de sol e chuva.
Este protocolo é no mínimo bizarro.
Deveria ter uma cobertura, para abrigar o cliente, ou mesmo o segurança se dirigir até o cliente. Essa é minha simples opinião, faz mais de 4 anos que trabalho com a braspress, infelizmente de tantos maus atendimentos estou buscando outra parceira .
I went to pick up merchandise, and they made me go out in the car on a scorching sunny day, at 1 pm to talk to an attendant, on an intercom, I found a lack of respect for the customer, while the employees are in the air conditioning, well accommodated , exposes the client, in an environment of sun and rain.
This protocol is bizarre to say the least.
It should have a cover, to shelter the client, or even the security to go to the client. That's my simple opinion, I've been working with braspress for over 4 years, unfortunately because of so many bad services I'm looking for another partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Torcer pra não precisar que resolvam algo pra você ...pq se precisar desista. Não existe trato com cliente. E olhe que sou cliente a mais de 5 anos. Se Deus quiser 2022 não precisarei.
Terrible customer service. Hope not to need to solve something for you ... because if you need to give up. There is no dealing with a customer. And look, I've been a customer for over 5 years. If God wants 2022 I won't need it.
