Landline phone does not answer. Delay in all deliveries here in Teresina. Too bad it doesn't have zero stars, because rating one star is a lot.

Parece que estão fazendo um favor ao invés de um serviço remunerado.?????
Too bureaucratic. After the product arrives, it takes days to deliver and to try to withdraw it is more bureaucracy.
Looks like they're doing you a favor instead of a paid service.?????

Worst customer service in any service segment. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails and they delay the vast majority of their deliveries. Terrible company, most incompetent carrier in the country

Horrible!!!. The phone is not answered. The tracking shows that my order arrived in Teresina days ago, and nothing was delivered. Nobody can get in touch with them. I will never buy anything from this carrier again ???

Daí hj me avisaram que os entregadores não acharam endereço ... sendo que é o mesmo endereço que repasso sempre quando faço pedidos em outras empresas e transportadoras. Nunca mais faço pedidos pra vim por essa transportadora.
It's bad for me! I've been waiting almost 1 month for an order to arrive!!! So today I was told that the delivery guys couldn't find an address... and it's the same address I always go over when I order from other companies and carriers. I will never order from this carrier again.
