★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você pode tentar falar em qualquer ramal não atendem e parece que deixam todos telefones fora do gancho. Muita falta de respeito com cliente que não tem como recorrer a ninguém. Não tem como pedir coleta, nem por e-mail não te respondem. Se quiser que sua mercadoria seja transportada tem que deslocar de onde você estiver e levar lá no Distrito Industrial.
You can try to call any extension they don't answer and it seems like they leave all phones off the hook. Very disrespectful to a customer who has no way to turn to anyone. There's no way to ask for collection, not even by email they don't answer you. If you want your merchandise to be transported, you have to move it from wherever you are and take it to the Industrial District.

Pessoal da entrega me ligou com muita falta de educação, sem paciência dizendo que havia outras entregas a serem feitas , está em rota de entrega há três dias , foi realizado uma tentativa e ontem não conseguiram finalizar a rota . Estou aguardando.
