★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram uma unica tentativa de entrega no meu endereço e me cobraram 50% a mais para refazer a entrega, pedi pra ir retirar pra nao ter que pagar pela reentrega e me informaram que mesmo assim eu teria que pagar 50% a mais pra eu ir la retirar, um roubo nao é? Agora chegou o boleto me cobrando o dobro pela reentrega, sendo que eu autorizei ate 50% a mais pela reentrega o que já é um roubo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregador despreparado e filial sem condições de atender um cliente fiz uma reclamação por telefone e a atendente me disse estava torcendo para o Sr não ser de Botucatu, mas falei com 2 encarregadas e o motorista está certo pra elas , quando as empresas deixarem de mandar produtos para a empresa entregar não precisará mais dessas pessoas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa liguei várias vezes, a empresa que me mandou a mercadoria ligou mudou endereço de entrega e além de ir no endereço errado demorou u.a semana com a mercadoria parada lá. Péssima até atendentes telefone grosseira, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, usei em 2020 foi ok não tive oq falar, agora em 2022 em vez de terem melhorado ficou uma me...... Encomenda com eles desdo dia 30, só saiu de lá quando expirou 9 dias úteis e ainda com 2 dia de atraso e agora ainda retrocede estava em rota de entrega agora nem isso está mais, falta de respeito absurda, espero q a Braspress tome alguma atitude com vcs ^^

Nota 0, nunca mais encomendo com essa empresa, descaso incrível.
