★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transportadora nao cumpre com o prazo de entrega, já é a segunda vez que tenho problemas com as mercadorias que eles entregam com relação ao prazo.
Fora que o contato e retorno deles tambem nao é eficaz.
 Carrier does not meet the delivery deadline, this is the second time I have had problems with the goods they deliver in relation to the deadline.
Besides, their contact and return is not effective either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perderam a minha encomenda! Ficou parada na mesma filial por 3 semanas pra só aí descobrirem que não estava lá! Atendentes claramente despreparados ficando confusos com o sistema. Perdi quase 1 mês esperando e tive prejuízo financeiro pois estava contando com esta encomenda pro meu trabalho! Agora vou ter que recomprar e esperar a entrega de outra transportadora. Brasspress nunca mais!
Lost my order! It was stopped at the same branch for 3 weeks only to find out that it wasn't there! Clearly unprepared attendants getting confused by the system. I wasted almost 1 month waiting and had financial loss because I was counting on this order for my work! Now I will have to repurchase and wait for delivery from another carrier. Brasspress never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, estou com uma mercadoria atrasada, e eles não atendem o telefone com regularidade no horario comercial, a gente precisa ficar ligando toda hora para conseguir falar e quando atende o telefone tenta enrolar inventando mil desculpas.
Não recomendo.
Terrible service, I have a late item, and they don't answer the phone regularly during business hours, we have to keep calling all the time to get through and when they answer the phone, they try to stall, making up a thousand excuses.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Demoram muito para atender no telefone, mais de 10 min e ninguém atende. Estou com a mercadoria parada a 12 dias na transportadora e não resolvem. Não sei pra que tem um contato sendo que não atende.
Terrible attendance. They take a long time to answer the phone, more than 10 minutes and no one answers. I have the goods stopped for 12 days at the carrier and they don't solve it. I don't know why you have a contact when you don't answer.

Nothing good to say… they charge two freights for a single order and the only answer is: This is how we work. When you call, no one knows how to answer or solve your problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem condições de uma encomenda entrar em rota de entrega e não ser entregue no mesmo dia de Colatina para Linhares, minha encomenda entrou em rota de entrega ontem 06/06/2022 às 14:29 e até hoje 07/06/2022 17:15 não foi entregue. Entrei em contato com o número de atendimento pedi uma atualização sobre a entrega e me passaram o número do entregado o qual SEMPRE retorna que não foi possível completar a chamada.
