★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além do alto tempo de atendimento pelo telefone (foram 2 tentativas, só fui atendido após 2 minutos de chamada na segunda tentativa), a retirada de encomendas e completamente burocrática. Podem confirmar que a encomenda está na filial, pode ir o próprio destinatário no local que não há a possibilidade de retirada. A retirada só é liberada mediante liberação prévia do remetente, o que é um processo desnecessariamente burocrático, sem justificativa de qualquer ponto de vista e atrapalha mais do que ajuda.
In addition to the long service time over the phone (there were 2 attempts, I was only answered after 2 minutes of calling on the second attempt), the withdrawal of orders and completely bureaucratic. They can confirm that the order is at the branch, the recipient can go to the place where there is no possibility of withdrawal. Withdrawal is only released upon prior release by the sender, which is an unnecessarily bureaucratic process, without justification from any point of view and hinders more than help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora muito pra entregar, a empresa da compra deu um prazo de até 5 dias p entrega, comprei dia 23/08/2021 até agora dia 04/09/2021 não recebi. Problema da entrega pq a postagem foi feita no mesmo dia da compra.
It takes a long time to deliver, the purchase company gave a period of up to 5 days for delivery, I bought it on 08/23/2021 until now on 09/04/2021 I didn't receive it. Delivery problem because the postage was made on the same day of purchase.
