★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço compras a alguns meses e a três tenho problemas em receber minhas mercadorias. Nunca entregam na data, quando tento retirar na empresa, não me autorizam. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente também. Funcionários com má vontade de resolver problemas dos clientes. Preciso da minha mercadoria q não foi entregue.
 I've been shopping for a few months and for three I have problems receiving my goods. They never deliver on the date, when I try to pick it up at the company, they don't authorize me. Terrible customer service too. Employees unwilling to resolve customer issues. I need my merchandise that was not delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O entregador não se preocupa em entregar, chama uma vez e vai embora, mesmo com seu numero de telefone e tudo na nota. Depois vc tem que quase implorar para retirar a mercadoria no depósito, mesmo estando com nota do material e documentação em mãos, muita burocracia e má vontade.
The delivery person doesn't worry about delivering, he calls once and leaves, even with his phone number and everything on the note. Then you have to almost beg to remove the goods from the warehouse, even with a note of the material and documentation in hand, a lot of bureaucracy and ill will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualidade de serviço horrível,eles chamaram uma vez e foram embora, porém tive a paciência de vir até a filial para retirada da minha encomenda,no site diz que fica aberto até 18h, cheguei era 17:05 e eles falaram que eu não poderia fazer a coleta.
Não recomendo essa empresa nem se fosse de graça

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o momento, de todas as compras que já fiz e pelas diversas empresas que fizeram entregas aqui, essa é sem dúvida a pior e a mais demorada transportadora que conheço. Onde já se viu uma mercadoria ficar 6 dias parada na filial de Nova Friburgo. Não precisamos de empresas assim no mercado, melhor fechar as portas.
So far, of all the purchases I've made and the various companies that have delivered here, this is without a doubt the worst and the longest shipping company I know. Where we have seen goods stay for 6 days at the Nova Friburgo branch. We don't need companies like that in the market, better close the doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência !! Mercadoria não entregue na data prevista , sem a informação correta no rastreio e agora ainda tenho que solicitar ao fornecedor uma nova entrega. Alegam que o endereço não foi encontrado , sendo que é um local no centro da cidade e bem sinalizado com numero e etc. Um descaso com o cliente . Nunca mais escolho Braspress.
Bad experience!! Goods not delivered on the expected date, without the correct information in the tracking and now I still have to ask the supplier for a new delivery. They claim that the address was not found, being that it is a place in the center of the city and well signposted with a number and so on. A disregard for the customer. I never choose Braspress again.
