Telefone muito raro atender e quando atende não tem Educação desligar na cara da pessoa.
The next time I go to buy something that the carrier is Braspress I don't buy it because bad service bad delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento; Demora no atendimento telefônico, isso quando atende depois de 5 ou mais tentativas... cai na espera e depois cai a ligação; Demora na entrega, produto enviado no dia 21/01/2022 e até o momento não chegou... vou mudar para outra forma de envio...
Terrible attendance; Delay in answering the phone, that's when answering after 5 or more attempts... falls on hold and then the call drops; Delay in delivery, product sent on 01/21/2022 and so far it has not arrived... I will change to another way of shipping...
