★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha encomenda nao chegou. O entregador não localizou o endereço. Mas todos os funcionários conhecem o local. Tive q pedir autorização por escrito do vendedor para retirar a encomenda.
My order has not arrived. The delivery person could not find the address. But all the staff know the place. I had to ask the seller's written permission to withdraw the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone! Você fica ouvindo uma música infinita, em uma semana foram 30 ligações, dessas só atendeu uma vez. A plataforma para orçamento não estava funcionando "pra mim" e justificaram que é pq só faço orçamento e nunca peço. Como vou conseguir um pedido se não fizer orçamento para o cliente.
No one answer the phone! You listen to infinite music, in a week there were 30 calls, of which you only answered once. The budget platform was not working "for me" and they justified that it's because I only budget and never ask. How will I get an order if I don't quote the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nem sempre atendem o telefone, as vezes atendem e ficam transferindo de ramal até cair a ligação. Agendaram para retirar uma mercadoria e me deixaram esperando por duas vezes. Cancelei compromissos, mudei minha agenda e não vieram nem avisaram que não viriam.
Bad service, they don't always answer the phone, sometimes they answer and they keep transferring the extension until the call drops. They scheduled to pick up a product and left me waiting twice. I canceled appointments, changed my schedule and they didn't come or tell me they wouldn't come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As entregas sempre estão dentro do prazo, na maioria das vezes, porém quando é preciso de atendimento por telefone que deixam a desejar. Fiquei muito tempo esperando na linha e não fui atendido, tentei várias vezes e em nenhuma delas fui atendido. Somente uma vez no ano passado que alguém me atendeu, mas mesmo assim não resolveu o problema.
Deliveries are always on time, most of the time, but when phone service is needed, they leave something to be desired. I was waiting on the line for a long time and I was not answered, I tried several times and in none of them I was answered. Only once in the last year someone answered me, but still it didn't solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Estou esperando um notebook da Dell que custou mais de R$10.000,00 e ele já está há três dias na filial de SJK, e nada da entrega. E eu só descobri o código de rastreio depois de ligar na Dell, pois essa informação não foi colocada automaticamente no sistema. Se eu tivesse comprado um produto de R$20,00 na Amazon ou no Mercado Livre, a entrega já teria sido feita, e de forma muito mais transparente. Decepção total com essa entregadora, e com a Dell, por utilizar os serviços dessa entregadora.... Ah, e não adianta telefonar, eles não atendem...
Terrible service. I'm waiting for a Dell notebook that cost more than R$10,000.00 and it's been at the SJK branch for three days, and no delivery. And I only discovered the tracking code after calling Dell as this information was not automatically put into the system. If I had bought a product for R$20.00 on Amazon or Mercado Livre, the delivery would have already been made, and in a much more transparent way. Total disappointment with this delivery woman, and with Dell, for using this delivery woman's services.... Oh, and it's no use calling, they don't answer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brasspres em sí é boa , mais essa filial de são josé dos campos nunca mais, pedi a fabricante que pelo amor de Deus não me envia mais por Braspress, chega no setor de distribuição aqui em são josé no prazo correto, aqui é uma desorganização num tem motorista, num sabe que dia pode ser entregue, vai tentar, vai ver se resolve, vai ver se....
E quem toma somos nos empresa esperando chegar mercadoria.
Muito a desejar, quem ver essa mensagem se não tiver tempo para ir até neles retirar a mercadora sugiro não pedir para o pessoal enviar, porquê chega neles e trava na certa .
Brasspres in itself is good, but this branch in São José dos Campos never again, I asked the manufacturer that for the love of God no longer sends me by Braspress, it arrives at the distribution sector here in São José in the correct time, here is a disorganization in a there's a driver, you don't know what day it can be delivered, you'll try, you'll see if it solves, you'll see if....

Much to be desired, if you see this message if you don't have time to go to them to remove the merchandise, I suggest not asking the staff to send it, because it arrives at them and crashes for sure.
