★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca solicito essa assistência, me deixaram na mão duas vezes. Pra resumir disseram que a placa tinha queimado iria trazer outra nunca voltaram chamei uma pessoa indicada e ele viu que tinha uma tubulação solta.
I never asked for this assistance, they let me down twice. To summarize they said that the plate had burnt would bring another never returned I called an indicated person and he saw that it had a loose piping.

They charge high prices and left my machine worse than it was and never came back even after several attempts at contact. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS! NEVER HIRE THIS SERVICE!

The defect was a part (which I bought for 35 reais) and the service would cost 300 to replace all the mechanical part. So I thought the budget was cruel, I didn't do the job there, I bought the piece and changed it myself at home with the help of YouTube.
