★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a Brave para confecção de moletons para meus colaboradores desde o inverno de 2019 e estão usando também no inverno de 2020 sem nenhum tipo de defeito mesmo lavando várias vezes. Logo trocarem os os moletons e nem vou orçar em outro lugar! Produtos com qualidade e durabilidade que necessitavamos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoraria poder avaliar a qualidade dos produtos, mas foi impossível chegar nessa fase. Entrei em contato com a empresa no dia 19/06 e no dia 24/06 e ainda não tinha conseguido fazer a atendente entender o que eu preciso. Hoje, dia 25/06, depois de novamente ficar 24 horas sem resposta no whatsapp, desisti. Mesmo sendo uma cliente em potencial, o tempo de demora pra uma resposta é absurdo! O ritmo do atendimento é o seguinte: envio uma mensagem hoje e só me respondem no outro dia. Se para vender é este o valor que a empresa dá ao cliente, imagino se eu tivesse algum problema pra resolver, como seria dificultoso. Enfim, se você tem pressa ou trabalha com deadline ou só gosta de ser bem atendido, não recomendo. Estou dando 1 estrela porque não tem como dar zero.
I would love to be able to assess the quality of the products, but it was impossible to reach that stage. I contacted the company on 06/19 and 06/24 and I still couldn't get the attendant to understand what I need. Today, 06/25, after again being 24 hours unanswered on whatsapp, I gave up. Even being a potential customer, the time taken to answer is absurd! The rhythm of the service is as follows: I send a message today and they only answer me the other day. If this is the value the company gives the customer to sell, I imagine if I had a problem to solve, how difficult it would be. Anyway, if you are in a hurry or work with deadline or just like to be well attended, I do not recommend it. I'm giving 1 star because there is no way to give zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e a qualidade do produto adquirido é ótima (corta vento). Tecido, costura e acabamentos perfeitos. A nota 3 vai pelo tamanho dos produtos femininos, as medidas são extremamente pequenas. O P é do tamanho de uma criança de uns 8 anos, e o XGG não fechou em mulheres que geralmente usam M. Fica a dica para reverem esses tamanhos, o padrão está longe de ser esse.

The P is the size of a child of about 8 years old, and the XGG has not closed in women who usually use M. It is a tip to review these sizes, the standard is far from that.
