★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem desagradável ,poderia ter um pouco mais de respeito com os caminhoneiros ,aliás não levo caminhão pra fazer revisão e sem falar que queriam cobrar 150 reais pra trocar duas lâmpadas das lanternas e sem falar que o caminhão não tinha 4000 km rodados , tem que melhorar muito o atendimento.
Very unpleasant , I could have a little more respect with the truck drivers , in fact I do not take a truck for an overhaul and not to mention that they wanted to charge 150 reais to change two lamps in the lanterns and not to mention that the truck did not have 4000 km covered , it has to improve very service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não é lá essas coisas. Os mecânicos e eletricistas são uns cidadãos bem antipáticos. Viram as costas e nos exergam como se fôssemos (falo o motorista) qualquer coisa. Parece que a estamos pedindo favor a eles. Enfim, só podemos oferecer o que temos. Não é novidade o tal do baiano ter a fama de mal educado e boçal. O que se escapa é que tem um ótimo alojamento.
Customer service is not that great. Mechanics and electricians are pretty nasty citizens. They turn their backs and look at us as if we were (saying the driver) something. Looks like we're asking them a favor. Anyway, we can only offer what we have. It is nothing new that this guy from Bahia has the reputation of being rude and boçal. What escapes is that it has great accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi top. Mas quando o pagamento eh feito por transferência demora muito o financeiro da um ok. Isso toma muito tempo. Pq hj em dia tempo eh vida tempo eh dinheiro.
The service was top notch. But when the payment is made by transfer, it takes a long time for the financial one to be ok. It takes a lot of time. Because nowadays time is life, time is money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível a concessionária. Primeiro a demora de um só atendente na entrada principal para receber e dar entrada no caminhão.
Durante a revisão me deparei como o encarregado Gilvan da oficina dizendo que o meu problema referente a a lâmpada traseira do veículo queimando constantemente seria e o parachoque batendo no chassi. E a trepidação do da estrada. Aí fica uma pergunta. Só posso colocar meu caminhao pra andar no mente em asfalto liso? Que qualidade de concessionária é essa quem em pleno 2021. Me passa uma informação dessas.
