★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma funcionária deles no meu prédio que é totalmente sem educação. Já foi passado o caso pra frente e nada dela ser afastada ou trocada de posto. Já estou em negociação com o síndico para trocarmos de prestadores de serviço. Temos que resolver de algum jeito.

Realizam monitoramento no condomínio residencial e não reconhecem os próprios moradores do prédio, os visitantes não conseguem entrar ou sair do prédio, não conseguem auxiliar no recebimento de encomendas ou quaisquer situações e não tem controle no próprio sistema quando os moradores saem ou entram do prédio. Diversas vezes erraram o interfone de entrega e atendimento horrível... Só dor de cabeça com essa portaria eletrônica!!!!!!!
Terrible service!
They carry out monitoring in the residential condominium and do not recognize the residents of the building themselves, visitors cannot enter or leave the building, cannot assist in receiving orders or any situations and have no control in the system itself when residents leave or enter the building. Several times they missed the delivery intercom and horrible service... Just a headache with this electronic concierge!!!!!!!
