Academia bem focada na técnica e na resistência do aluno, sempre priorizando o respeito ao próximo e a cultura da arte marcial.
Mesmo em aula coletiva, há uma preocupação da profissional em dar uma atenção especial aos alunos de acordo com as suas dificuldades e necessidades.

A professora é competente, atenciosa, tem a capacidade de tratar cada com com su individual.
A academia é bem localizada, higienizada entre as aulas e DURANTE as aulas.
Busquei por conta dar crises de ansiedade e tive um excelente resultado.
Alem do exercício, o aprendizado, é uma higiene mental, porque vc é bem recebido, a aula é dinâmica, técnica, e o diferencial para mim... é divertida.
Fez uma enorme diferença na minha vida e da minha filha de 10 anos !
