Aos amantes de Chop, o restaurante possui torneiras com vários sabores, para o cliente se servir, utilizando um cartão de consumo.
I liked! The place is really cool! Decoration, music and service. We ordered a Brisket dumpling for starters, it was wonderful! The prime rib entree is delicious.
For Chop lovers, the restaurant has taps with various flavors, for the customer to serve, using a consumption card.

Minha ressalva fica ao cálculo da taxa de serviço no caixa: ao gerar a nota ele sempre coloca um valor sugerido superior aos 10%, que seria o padrão.
Ao perguntar sobre a taxa, os funcionários não sabem explicar o motivo de a taxa deles ser maior do que o normal.
Ao pedir para corrigir o valor para 10% eles falam que não dá pra mudar ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Imagino que a maioria dos clientes deve pagar essa taxa arbitrária sem questionar.
The food, the atmosphere, the service are excellent!!!
My caveat is the calculation of the service fee at the cashier: when generating the bill, it always puts a suggested value higher than 10%, which would be the default.
When asking about the rate, employees cannot explain why their rate is higher than normal.
When asking to correct the value to 10% they say that it is not possible to change ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I imagine most customers must pay this arbitrary fee without question.

Os preços estão na média de restaurantes de mesma categoria, mas a quantidade de produtos impressiona, principalmente as cervejas artesanais e até as opções de chopp.
O atendimento foi ótimo, sem defeitos!
Recomendo fortemente!
Extremely pleasant atmosphere, very high level! Varied and very tasty dishes, well prepared.
Prices are average for restaurants in the same category, but the amount of products is impressive, especially craft beers and even draft beer options.
The service was great, flawless!
I strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente cardápio. Contam com sistema de self-service para chopp. É só usar a comanda e tirar o próprio chopp. A costela vulcão com cheddar e batatas rústicas é fantástica. Tem bastante molho barbecue. Bem carregada mesmo. Vem super bem recheada e serve até 3 pessoas. Acompanhamentos são todos à parte. Por ser uma steak house, é possível ir até o refrigerador e escolher o próprio corte para preparo imediato. Leva de 40 a 50 minutos. Estes cortes especiais acompanham farofa. Apesar de serem focados nisso, há relatos de que falham muito na quantidade de sal ou no ponto solicitado. Discordo de alguns reviews que se trata de um restaurante para todos os bolsos. Uma coca de 250ml por 7,70 é desonestidade. Porção de arroz por 12,10 é osso! Quase valor do pacote de 5k. Arroz deveria vir na faixa ou por preço de no máximo 5,00. Gastei 250,00 em 6 refris, 1 água, costela, arroz, onion rings e um burger. Pagar 25% de salário mínimo num jantar é muita coisa. Sei que não é qualquer restaurante, mas não tem como achar barato. Dizem que o atendimento é top. Discordo. Demos o azar de sermos atendidos por um garçom novato. Ele tirou o pedido e educadamente desejou "bom apetite" mesmo antes de trazer os pratos. Meus filhos são grandes (7 e 12 anos) e ele sugeriu que trocássemos de mesa para poder ter uma melhor ângulo da sala infantil. Detalhe que ele não tem a noção de que a sala infantil é para mini-maternal, crianças que usam fraldas. Isso não chega a ser um problema. Demonstrou um repertório para ser solícito, mas não deu certo. É como dar os pêsames para o aniversariante rsrs. De resto, recomendo o local.
Excellent menu. They have a self-service beer system. Just use the command and take your own beer. The volcano rib with cheddar and rustic potatoes is fantastic. It has a lot of barbecue sauce. Well loaded indeed. It comes super well stuffed and serves up to 3 people. Follow-ups are all separate. As it is a steak house, you can go to the refrigerator and choose your own cut for immediate preparation. It takes 40 to 50 minutes. These special cuts accompany farofa. Despite being focused on this, there are reports that they fail a lot in the amount of salt or in the requested point. I disagree with some reviews that this is a restaurant for all budgets. A 250ml coke for 7.70 is dishonesty. Portion of rice for 12.10 is bone! Almost 5k package value. Rice should come in the range or for a maximum price of 5.00. It's like giving condolences to the birthday boy. Otherwise, I recommend the place.
