★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima....nao indico para ngm....tenho problemas com infiltracao ha mais de 2 anos....comprei um apto de 2 dorm, mas posso usar apenas um. Tanta infiltracao que meu piso de madeira apodreceu....empresa sem consideracao nenhuma pelo consumidor!!!!!
Pessima .... not indicated for ngm .... I have problems with infiltration for over 2 years .... bought a fit of 2 dorm, but I can only use one. So much infiltration that my wooden floor rotted .... company without any consideration by the consumer !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amadores e irresponsáveis! Procurem saber como o está o Edificio Vila Olimpia deles em Piracicaba, está largado e caindo aos pedaços! Além deles atrasarem mais de 6 meses do previsto, não entregaram nada do que foi prometido! As aréas de lazer do predio (piscina, sauna, academia) eles pediram 120 dias pra entregar! Pra vcs terem ideia o elevador de serviço está sem funcionar há mais de 1 mês e a informação que chegou para os moradores é que eles estão devendo para a empresa que faz a manutenção! Não tem um apartamento que não deu problemas de vazamento e mofou desde parede até armários. No panfleto de venda do apartamento tinha a foto de Ofurô mas eles não vão entregar pq não estava no contrato. Até o momento se mostraram bem picaretas! Não recomendo! O tanque de lavar roupa não tem saída de água e o acesso ao terraço técnico é através de uma janela que não passa o ar condicionado sem ter que remover a janela! Todo material utilizado é da PIOR QUALIDADE POSSÍVEL. Oxidaram todas as pias e torneiras! REPITO: VERIFIQUEM COMO ESTÁ O EDIFICIO VILA OLIMPIA EM PIRACICABA ANTES DE FAZER NEGÓCIO COM ESSA CONSTRUTORA!
Amateurs and irresponsible! Find out how their Edificio Vila Olimpia is in Piracicaba, it's dropped and falling apart! In addition to being more than 6 months behind schedule, they did not deliver anything that was promised! The leisure areas of the building (pool, sauna, gym) they asked for 120 days to deliver! To give you an idea, the service elevator has been out of service for more than 1 month and the information that came to the residents is that they owe it to the company that does the maintenance! He does not have an apartment that did not give leakage problems and molded from walls to cabinets. There was a picture of the Ofurô in the sale flyer of the apartment but they will not deliver it because it was not in the contract. So far they have been very good picks! I do not recommend! The washing tank has no water outlet and the access to the technical terrace is through a window that does not pass the air conditioning without having to remove the window! All material used is of the WORST QUALITY POSSIBLE. All the sinks and taps have been oxidized! REPITO: CHECK HOW THE VILA OLIMPIA BUILDING IS IN PIRACICABA BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY!
