★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa variedade de produtos por preços acessíveis. Interessante para tomar um café rápido ou sorvete em dias em que a pessoa não quer gastar muito. No entanto, não há padrão no atendimento. Dependendo do horário que você vai, consegue bom atendimento. Em outros momentos, a má vontade impera. Parece que falta treinamento para a equipe seguir um padrão.
Good range of products at affordable prices. Interesting to have a quick coffee or ice cream on days when the person doesn't want to spend a lot. However, there is no standard in service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá pra comprar uma casquinha, sem querer minha bolsa esbarrou num acrílico e acabou quebrando (mas foi algo leve e não muito perceptível)a atendente me cobrou 65 reais pelo acrílico sendo que não havia sido nada demais, se tivesse quebrado no meio tudo bem, acabei saindo no prejuízo, nunca mas volto nesse local
I went there to buy a cone, unintentionally my purse hit an acrylic and ended up breaking (but it was light and not very noticeable) the attendant charged me 65 reais for the acrylic being that there was nothing too much, if it had broken in the middle everything was fine , I ended up leaving at a loss, I never go back there

Comprei um cascão recheado e não veio igual ou na mesma qualidade que em outras lojas e ao reclamar a atendente disse que eu deveria ter pago valor adicional para ficar igual a demais lojas que eu nunca paguei valor adicional o o recheio vem o dobro do que veio aqui, detestei!!!Nesta loja não volto mais...
A rede Brasil Cacau das lojas que visitei até hoje a que tem o melhor atendimento é a loja da av Paulista com a Brigadeiro Luiz Antônio, esta sim é impecável!!!
I love Brasil Cacau, but this store, located in Domingos de Moraes, I don't recommend!!! No wonder he lives empty!!
I bought a stuffed shell and it didn't come equal or in the same quality as in other stores and when complaining the attendant said that I should have paid additional value to be equal to other stores that I never paid additional value or the filling comes twice as much as it came here , I hated it!!! In this store I won't come back...
The Brasil Cacau chain of stores I've visited so far is the one that has the best service is the store on Av Paulista with Brigadeiro Luiz Antônio, this one is impeccable!!!

First store I eat ice cream and I am disappointed. I ordered ice cream with extra syrup and the cone didn't even come with half the chocolate. Go to the paulista store where you will have the real extra cream syrup from brasilcacau
