FIZ UMA COMPRA NO SITE DA AVON, QUE ATUALMENTE ESTA EMPRESA ESTÁ RESPONSÁVEL, NUNCA RECEBI OS PRODUTOS, ME FALARAM QUE FORAM EXTRAVIADOS POR EMAIL, MAS NUNCA ME DERAM UMA POSIÇÃO SOBRE COMO IAM SOLUCIONAR O MEU CASO, TENTEI DURANTE 1 MÊS A SOLUÇÃO AMIGAVELMENTE, MAS NÃO RESPONDIAM AOS EMAILS E QUANDO RESPONDIAM ERAM RESPOSTAS ROBÓTICAS SEM SOLUÇÃO EMPURRANDO PARA OUTROS SETORES. O VALOR DA MINHA COMPRA NEM ERA TÃO ALTO ASSIM, MAS PELA FALTA DE RESPEITO E PELA RAIVA QUE ME FIZERAM PASSAR, FUI AO PROCON, MEDIANTE AO PROCON CONSEGUI RESOLVER MEU PROBLEMA. I GOT A STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE NONE! I MADE A PURCHASE ON THE AVON WEBSITE, THAT THIS COMPANY IS CURRENTLY RESPONSIBLE, NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS, TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE EXTRAVIED BY EMAIL, BUT NEVER GIVEN ME A POSITION ON HOW TO SOLVE MY CASE, I TRIED DURING 1 MONTH ON THE MIGRATION. BUT DON'T ANSWER EMAILS AND WHEN ANSWER WERE ROBOTIC ANSWERS WITHOUT SOLUTION PUSHING TO OTHER SECTORS. THE VALUE OF MY PURCHASE WAS NOT SO HIGH, BUT FOR THE LACK OF RESPECT AND ANGER THAT MADE ME PASS, I WENT TO PROCON, BY PROCON I SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THEN THE ADVICE THAT GIVES YOU THAT ARE GOING HEADACHE WITH THIS COMPANY: LOOK FOR YOUR RIGHTS, THEY WILL ONLY RESOLVE WHEN YOU GO TO PROCON !!
