★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instrutores atenciosos, bastantes aparelhos, o ar condicionado sempre OK, estacionamento, ótimas aulas, água geladinha no bebedouro! Sempre vou pela manhã ou à tarde e nunca tive problemas com superlotação. Tem uma pessoa na recepção que não faz questão nenhuma de ser agradável, mas os outros desse atendimento são ótimos, então acho isso bem irrelevante. Quem montou meu treino foi o instrutor Eduardo... Sempre que tenho dúvidas prefiro tirar com ele. Ótimo profissional, solícito e agradável. Nunca percebi má vontade da parte dele. Estou 100℅ satisfeita. Recomendo!

Whenever I have doubts I prefer to take with him. Great professional, caring and nice. I never realized ill will on his part. I'm 100℅ satisfied. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior desta academia é o atendimento na recepção, uma atendente nome Fernanda despreparada para lidar com os clientes, foi muito grosseira e nervosa comigo sem motivos. Mesmo assim dei 4 estrelas pq os demais funcionários são receptivos, embora alunos iniciantes ficam perdidos pq falta instrução e é uma disputa pra alguém te instruir, a climatização da academia também é muito boa e o diretor também é uma pessoa muito educado.
Foi uma pena a minha expectativa ter sido frustada, mas funcionários despreparados a gente sabe que não tem nada a perder prejudicando a imagem da empresa onde trabalham!
Desejo sucesso apenas a esta empresa.
The worst thing about this gym is the service at the reception, an attendant named Fernanda unprepared to deal with customers, was very rude and nervous with me for no reason. Even so I gave 4 stars because the other employees are receptive, although beginner students are lost because there is no instruction and it's a dispute for someone to instruct you, the gym's air conditioning is also very good and the director is also a very polite person.
It was a shame that my expectations were frustrated, but unprepared employees, we know that there is nothing to lose by damaging the image of the company they work for!
